Cooking!

I am a bit surprised to find that I like to cook. I told a friend that I sort of always knew I could cook because I'm surrounded and know a lot of great cooks (My mom, Mike's mom, Patty, Angie, Melanie and so on!). So the last couple of weeks I have been experimenting. I have made green enchiladas, chicken cordon bleu, shrimp salad (not from the box), mexican rice and my favorite, chocolate chip cookies from scratch! Yes that's right, I said from scratch (I'm so good at the break and bake it is hard to imagine me with actual ingredients). Mike thinks something is wrong with me. LOL! So do I for that matter. I was always the one who would rather clean up the kitchen then cook dinner. So! If anyone wants a recipe let me know. And if I need one I'm going to email my favorite cooks! BEWARE! :) BTW Mel, I'm going to marinate some pork chops for dinner tomorrow using your recipe! :) Thanks!
